Excellent overall condition 2010/2011 Gibson Les Paul Studio. Ebony Finish with Gold Hardware. Serial number dates the guitar to 2010 however the inspection tag shows inspection was done in 2011 so guitar was manufactured likely in late 2010 but didn't ship to a retailer until 2011. Guitar has been played but not abused by any means. There's some light swirls and scuffs in the finish that simply show up more because it has the Ebony finish. These light swirls don't show up at all on guitars painted a different color. A few tiny dings on the top but hardly noticeable. No actual chips, dings or scratches though that go through the clear coat through the finish into the wood. Missing the pickguard too but I'm sure buyer can find one easily.
Neck is straight and plays great. No buzzing out, nice low action. Frets are in clean shape with light playing only. No actual dents or divots in the frets. Upgraded with Skatterbrane Waterbrane Vintage style PAF Pickups as well as Seymour Duncan Triple Shots for Series/Split/Parallel tonal options. Makes for an amazingly versatile instrument from Twang like Strat Tones to full on Thick Meaty Les Paul Tones. Covers a huge array of musical playing styles. With the Triple Shots it's like having the Jimmy Page Les Paul Wiring but closer to where the action is at with your hands. Chambered Mahogany Body with Maple Top makes for a light weight Les Paul at 7lbs 10oz. 50's Style Neck profile with 1 11/16" nut width and a bit chunkier feel. Not overly chunky though like a '58 Neck but not as slim as a '60 Neck. Includes original Hardshell Case, Gibson Warranty Card and Hang Tag / Inspection Sheet.
